Ted M. Reguly

Ted M. Reguly is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in the utility energy sector, particularly in renewable and sustainability energy. Holding various senior management positions, Ted has demonstrated expertise in portfolio and project management, growth strategy, and technology integration.

With an MBA from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, Mr. Reguly combines technical knowledge with business acumen to drive innovation and efficiency in energy operations.

During his tenure at San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E), Mr. Reguly served as Director of Portfolio and Project Management, overseeing large-scale capital projects focused on delivering safe, reliable, and clean energy. He also directed growth initiatives in non-traditional utility areas such as energy storage and microgrids.

At Sempra U.S. Gas and Power, Mr. Reguly led renewables operations, managing the development, commissioning, and maintenance of solar and wind renewable fleets nationwide. He implemented advanced techniques utilizing AI and other technologies to optimize operations and maintenance processes.

Mr. Reguly ‘s community and professional affiliations include serving as a board member for Outside the Lens and as an ambassador for Privacy by Design. He is a registered Professional Mechanical Engineer in the State of California and an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Mr. Reguly ‘s extensive experience and leadership in renewable and sustainability energy make him a valuable addition to the Advisory Board for Dalrada Home.
